Refund policy

Here at Keiki Lynn Jewelry we want you to be happy with your purchase! So We have a 7 day return/exchange policy from your delivery date. If you would like to return or exchange your order, simply email us and we will assist you. A merchandise credit will be issued for returns. You may also exchange it for any item(s) on our website of equal value. We charge a $5 exchange fee for shipping cost back to the sender. If you would like to exchange for an item of higher value, we will charge you the $5 exchange fee plus the amount owed for the new item.

Merchandise must be returned by the customer with original tags attached, unworn, not damaged, and in original packaging. Please reach out to us if there is an issue with your order.

Returned packages sent to us that are not cleared by Keiki Lynn JEWELRY will not be accepted.

If an item arrives damaged, Keiki Lynn JEWELRY must be notified via email at keikilynnjewelry@gmail.com within 24 hours from the delivery time of your package. Returned damaged items must be repacked in the original packaging with original tags attached.

How to Return/Exchange

Simply email us at keikilynnjewelry@gmail.com and let us know how we can help you. When returning a package, be sure to get tracking information so that your package is traceable, and you must put a note in your package with your order number and name for us to process your exchange. Once your package has arrived to us, please allow 7-12 days for processing.
